Many “private” investment or “hedge funds” take performance fees ranging from 20% (standard) to as high as 50%

Our performance fee ensures we earn only when you do.  We deploy a “high water” mark on a monthly basis that allows us to collect our profit ONLY when we bring an investor ABOVE their highest account value.  Many funds do not deploy a high water mark or they do it on an annual/quarterly basis.

As investors in our funds; we are committed to your investment success as well as our own.  It is difficult to determine if other portfolio managers are investors due to privacy policies. 

We set the minimum investment amount to $10,000. (ten thousand dollars) for each of our funds.  Most “private” funds require $100,000. or more before an investor can participate.  We believe that a low minimum will allow most investors to test our funds methodology.

While we maintain the ability to use “margin,” we do not utilize it as part of our core methodology.  This is a significant difference over the leverage/margin positions deployed by the majority of “private” investment funds.  Certain funds in our family are prohibited from using margin at all.

All our investment funds are able to accept “qualified” investments such as self-directed IRA’s, SEP, trusts and the like.  These investments are made through a third party fiduciary or trustee.  We currently use both FiServ and Sterling Trust for these services but can work with any trustee you choose.
